Predictions Methodology
The Romanian Liga 1 is a fourteen team league. The regular season consists of 26 games and the Relegation and Championship Rounds consist of an extra ten games. One team is awarded a birth to Champions League and two teams earn a birth to Europa League. In the Relegation Group, the bottom two teams drop to Liga 2, and the 12th place team goes to a playoff to earn their bid to stay in Liga 1.
